Documents required for the draw up of a file :
For a personal contract :
- A contract of employment or mission order with housing allowance
- The last 3 pay slips or an income tax declaration
- A logement’s insurance certificate (if need be)
- A photocopy of current passport.
Regardless of these elements, a bank our united deposit could be required.
For a contract in a company name :
- A copy of the registration of the company name
- Name and position of the person which is in charge of the leasing signature
- Name, address and position in the company of the person who will be listed as tenant
- A photocopy of current passport of the tenant
