Financials expenses payables cash on the lease signature :
On behalf of the owner :
- The first month of rent
- 2 months of guarantee tabling (often back to 1 month for rental less than 3 months)
On behalf on Cosy Home :
- Our fees which are calculated as follow :
lower than 3 months renting : ½ month of rent + T.V.A
For 3 to 12 months : 1 month of rent + T.V.A
One year lease and more : 12% of the annual rent + T.V.A.
For week rental, our fees are included on the indicate prices.
