Documents required for the draw up of a file :

For a personal contract :

• A contract of employment or mission order with housing allowance
• The last 3 pay slips or an income tax declaration
• A logement’s insurance certificate (if need be)
• A photocopy of current passport.

Regardless of these elements, a bank our united deposit could be required.

For a contract in a company name :

• A copy of the registration of the company name
• Name and position of the person which is in charge of the leasing signature
• Name, address and position in the company of the person who will be listed as tenant
• A photocopy of current passport of the tenant

Financials expenses payables cash on the lease signature :

On behalf of the owner :

• The first month of rent
• 2 months of guarantee tabling (often back to 1 month for rental less than 3 months)

On behalf on Cosy Home :

• Our fees which are calculated as follow :

lower than 3 months renting : ½ month of rent + T.V.A

For 3 to 12 months : 1 month of rent + T.V.A

One year lease and more : 12% of the annual rent + T.V.A.

For week rental, our fees are included on the indicate prices.
