- A appropriate selection of apartments likely to correspond to the demand. If a sight seeing is not possible for you we are able to forward photos of the apartment of your choice. We organize apartments’ visits according to their disponibilities.
- When your choice is definitive, we draw up a file. This file is show to the owner of the property and we negotiate the best conditions of rental for both parties.
After checking all the conditions of rentals, we establish the lease and the exchange of contract between the two parties.
- As soon as the contract is signed and the payments are made, the tenant or the occupant can move in his apartment. At the check in and the check out an inventory and statement of repair are established with the owner or his representative.
- A help with administrative utilities : electricity, telephone, cable TV, insurance...
- A partnership with the group G.P.A insurance which offer to our tenant’s specials prices and conditions.
